- You must be 18 years old or older to enter. Since there is no way for me to determine your actual age, by entering any contest/giveaway on TBV you are acknowledging and confirming that you are indeed 18 years old or older and thereby releasing TBV of any liability when you enter any contests/giveaways.
- TBV reserves the right to end, extend, or cancel a contest/giveaway without advance notice.
- Winner(s) will be randomly selected by Random.org via Rafflecopter, unless otherwise specified (i.e. book cover re-design contests where a judge(s) will select the winner).
- Winners will be revealed on the Rafflecopter form (on the original giveaway post) and will also be notified via email. No other announcement will be made.
- Winners must respond within 72 hours (3 days) or prize will be forfeited. No exceptions. If prize is forfeited, a new winner may or may not be selected – this decision is made at the discretion of TBV and/or the giveaway sponsor.
- Prize(s) will be sent from giveaway sponsor directly to winner(s).
- TBV will not be held responsible for lost or damaged prizes sent through the mail, or circumstances beyond our control. No replacement will be offered.
- No substitutions. Giveaways are for the prize(s) described in giveaway post.
- TBV reserves the right to disqualify an entry or entrant as we see fit.
- Don' cheat. Cheaters will not only be disqualified from that particular contest/giveaway, but from any and all future contests/giveaways here at TBV.
Most prizes will come from an author, publisher, publicist or online book retailer (such as The Book Depository or Amazon). If you win a bound book, your mailing information will be provided to the distributor of the prize. You personal information with not be shared with anyone else.
Some of the books reviewed here on The Book Vixen came from our personal shelves (i.e. books we bought, swapped, got from the library, etc.). Some books we received from authors, publishers, publicists, or third party sites like NetGalley and Edelweiss in exchange for our honest opinions. Each review states where the book came from (the "source").
